B.O.G.A.N. Launches Pilot Program to Help Fort Worth Families Build Long-Term Stability
There’s a shift happening—and The B.O.G.A.N. Foundation is at the center of it.
With housing policy changes on the horizon and rising pressure on families to become “self-sufficient” within just two years, we’re asking one simple question:
Who’s helping them get ready?
That’s exactly what B.O.G.A.N. is built to do.
This month, we officially launched our pilot program, offering families and veterans in Fort Worth the tools, structure, and support to move from surviving to building.
What’s Different About B.O.G.A.N.?
We’re not another drop-in program. We’re not another short-term solution.
We walk families through:
- Weekly coaching + mentorship
- Mindset + planning work
- Parenting, time management, and life skills
- Youth connection and accountability
- Clear, achievable personal goals
And it’s working.
Our first pilot cohort completed the program with 100% retention and measurable wins—including job interviews, stronger routines, and renewed confidence in their ability to build.
Why Now?
Proposed federal changes could limit housing vouchers to just two years. That’s not a long time to stabilize your life—especially if no one ever taught you how.
We’re not waiting to react. We’re preparing families now, while they still have time.
What’s Next for B.O.G.A.N.?
- We’re expanding our community outreach with housing partners.
- We’re opening enrollment for our next round.
- We’re actively seeking aligned funders and collaborators.
- We’re documenting every lesson, every success, and every breakthrough—because this is just the beginning.
